You must provide proof of purchase when making a claim and Elasmo-Morph reserves the right to refuse or decline an exchange, refund or repair where a fault was caused by misuse or neglect.
We request that all returns be returned within 30 days of date of delivery, or otherwise organised beforehand. We strongly recommend you obtain tracking for your return parcel, as we will be unable to process your return without the physical goods or proof of delivery.
We aim to process returns within 2 days, however we ask you allow up to 5 days in case of high volume of
Australian Consumer Law does not require us to offer you a refund in case you change your mind, it’s the wrong size or fit.
If it’s a minor problem with the item, then we can offer to repair it or offer you an in-store credit. If it a major issue, then you have the right to ask for a replacement, a store credit or a refund.
Elasmo-Morph reserves the right to ask you to prove that the issue was not caused or created by you.
If you are entitled to a refund, however you are happy to either exchange or get an in-store credit, Elasmo-Morph is happy to exchange or give you a store voucher instead.
Please make sure you are aware of our terms and conditions regarding returned goods. If you are returning an item because of change of mind, size or fit, we will only issue you a store credit.
All returns must be received in their original condition, unwashed, unworn and with the tags or labels still attached and in their original package.
Any T shirt which has been damaged or altered in any way from its original condition, will not be eligible for return.
You must include a pre-paid return satchel from Australia Post with the return item.
